A 2.3-acre Sagaponack Village estate with a 12,000-square-foot transitional residence recently sold for an even $17 million after seeking $18.5 million.
At 57 Jared Lane on a cul-de-sac, the home with a traditional Hamptons shingled exterior and modern interiors has eight bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms.
The living room had 30-foot ceilings and there are six fireplaces, custom cabinetry and custom doors found throughout the house.
The estate also includes a pool house. On the grounds find an oversized pool, a 12-person Jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen and room for a tennis court.
Anthony Ingrao of Manhattan-based design and architecture firm Ingrao Inc. designed the home using some of the rarest stone in the world and materials of incredible quality, according to Douglas Elliman. “Beyond its beautiful design elements, it has all the amenities one could ask for from a full gym, to a steam room, to a wine cellar and home theater,” the brokerage touted.
Jeffrey Collé of JC Construction executed the build.
The deal closed on June 14, according to The Real Estate Report Inc. The seller was Mikel Lehrman, who paid precisely $15,846,750 for the residence in 2018 when it was new, town property records state. In 2017, the asking price was $22 million.
The new owner is identified only as 57 Jared Lane LLC.
Tal Aexander and Sara Goldfarb and Douglas Elliman had the listing.
