A classic Southampton Village home on a Wyandanch Lane flag lot has sold for $8.95 million after being on and off the market for as much as $12.75 million over the past five years.

The 1.1-acre parcel at 115 Wyandanch Lane is host to a traditional home, with 5,128 square feet of interior space, and a pool. There are six bedrooms, including the master suite, five full bathrooms and one half bath.

Living spaces include a light-filled living room, a formal dining room with a fireplace, and an eat-in kitchen. There’s a gunite pool in place, and a proposal for a pool house is available.

The seller was Pari LLC and the buyer was Whiskey Tango 115 LLC, according to The Real Estate Report Inc. Tim Davis of Corcoran had the listing. The last asking price was $9.99 million. It went into contract in October and closed in November, according to outeast.com. Pat Garrity of Corcoran made the sale.
