SAG HARBOR VILLAGE — Sag Harbor Police arrested Stephen J. Harris, 58, of Westbury on a felony charge of aggravated DWI. According to police, Harris was intoxicated and driving with a child age 15 years or younger, which is a violation of Leandra’s Law. Police said that Harris had just parked his 2014 Porsche on Long Island Avenue, because he was having a heated verbal dispute with a female passenger. SAG HARBOR VILLAGE — Village Police arrested Kherly C. Rivadeneira Juela, 26, of Hampton Bays at about 6 a.m. last Thursday on misdemeanor DWI charges after an officer said he found her sleeping behind the wheel of a 2020 BMW on the side of the road on Main Street, engine off. The officer reported rapping on the window several times, until Rivadeneira Juela woke up. According to police, at that point, Rivadeneira Juela started the engine. When he was originally arrested back in December, he was charged with two felony gun possession counts.
