SAG HARBOR VILLAGE — The arrest of Marco Lucio, 37, by Village Police on misdemeanor DWI charges around midnight on Friday presented a bit of a challenge for Sag Harbor Village Justice Carl Irace, as well as for the attorneys involved, during the defendant’s Saturday morning video arraignment. According to police, Harris was intoxicated and driving with a child age 15 years or younger, which is a violation of Leandra’s Law.
