Brian Buckley of Manhattan and Southampton died on August 7 in Riverhead. He was 56.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday, August 13, at 11 a.m. at the Basilica Parish of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary in Southampton. Interment to follow at Sacred Hearts cemetery.

Due to inclement weather, the final paving work for the Snake Hollow railroad crossing originally scheduled for Friday, May 16, has been rescheduled to Tuesday, May 20, when Snake Hollow Road in Bridgehampton will be closed to all except local traffic.
