We recently received a letter from the Suffolk County executive regarding free COVID testing for employees, retirees and dependents taking place at Smith Point Park.
With fuel now costing almost $4 per gallon, it seems that some testing sites could be set up on the East End as well. We have some convenient sites, such as the county center, Suffolk County Community College and the Suffolk County Health Department, to name a few.
There are many employees and retirees living on the East End, paying taxes and voting. We would appreciate some attention.
