Eileen Patricia Chuppe Of East Quogue Dies October 20

Eileen Patricia Chuppe of East Quogue, formerly of Ridge, died on October 20, 2016, at Southampton Hospital, following a long illness. She was 78.

Ms. Chuppe was predeceased by her husband of 44 years, Joseph Chuppe. She is survived by a son, Dennis J. Chuppe and wife Patricia Chuppe of East Quogue; two grandchildren, Michael Chuppe and Allison Foster; two great-grandchildren, Bradly Foster and Zachary Foster; and two sisters, Maureen Chuppe of Nevada and Kathleen Gorman of Connecticut. She was predeceased by a sister, Georgine Lang; and two brothers, Thomas Doyle and Kevin Doyle.

Visiting was at the J. Ronald O’Shea Funeral Home in Hampton Bays on October 24. A funeral took place on October 25 at the East Quogue United Methodist Church; Pastor Patricia Chuppe, Ms. Chuppe’s daughter-in-law, officiated. Burial followed at Calverton National Cemetery.
