Gene David Phillips of Sag Harbor Dies March 19

Gene David Phillips of Sag Harbor died on March 19 on Quiogue. He was 52.

A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, April 1, from 10 a.m. to noon, with a memorial service at noon at the Brocket Funeral Home in Southampton.
