Lester Allen Smith, Jr.

Lester Allen Smith Jr. of Connecticut, formerly of Riverhead, died on Thursday, May 7. He was 34.

Mr. Smith was born on January 21, 1975, to Rosa Perez and Lester Allen Smith Sr., and graduated from Westhampton Beach High School, where he was a varsity wrestler.

He is survived by two children, Devon Starr and Lester Allen III; his mother, Rosa Perez; his father, Lester Allen Smith Sr.; three sisters, Winnie 
Grillo, Irene Harris and Rochelle Engler; two brothers, Tremain Thomas 
and Bryant Smith; his significant other, Sharon Holstrom; two close friends, Manny and Jason Martin; and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

A wake was held at the Follett and Werner Funeral Home in Westhampton Beach on May 12. A funeral service, officiated by the Reverend Jennifer Meifhofer, was held at 
the funeral home on May 13; 
interment followed at Westhampton Cemetery.
