Margaret 'Dolly' Johnson Of Hampton Bays Dies January 18

Margaret “Dolly” Johnson of Hampton Bays died on January 18. She was 91.

Survivors said she was a kind and gentle individual who was well liked by all.

Predeceased by her husband, Robert, she is survived by three children, James, Daniel and wife Helen, and Noreen Iovino and husband Robert; and a daughter-in-law, Joan; grandchildren, Jennifer, Chad, Ryan, Kimberly, James Patrick and Kelly; and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Gary, and infant daughter, Nancy. She is also survived by live-in caregivers, Iday Descutido and Greg Rocafort. Visitation was at the O’Connell Funeral Home in Southampton on Wednesday, January 22. A funeral Mass will be held at the Church of St. Rosalie in Hampton Bays on Thursday, January 23, at 10:30 a.m., with interment to follow at Sacred Hearts Cemetery in Southampton.
