Misguided Action

So now the government is going after one of America’s largest and best companies. What is the purpose of suing Apple? Steve Jobs’s and Tim Cook’s principal goal from the beginning was a vision to create a company with a pure operating system. To achieve perfection was their goal.

Many companies have tried to copy them without success. Yet they have succeeded beyond everyone’s imagination, nonetheless. They were so true to their goal that they nearly lost the business.

The Department of Justice decided to charge Apple with unfair business practices. They say that the app is too successful. Where were they in the 1970s, when Apple nearly went out of business?

If anything, Apple has done more for society than most companies.

The Justice Department says the iPhone is the problem and people don’t have a choice but to buy a product that is too expensive. I say people have made their choice and the expense hasn’t stopped them, because the product is excellent.

As far as innovation, everyone follows Apple because Apple is always trying to improve its product and provide the best customer service.

The misguided DOJ waited to take action about January 6. They didn’t deal with the problems with the legal system, including the ability to delay, delay and delay.

The DOJ should go after the right cases. Apple is not one of them.
