Not A Democrat

Barbara Wilson is running for a spot on the Democratic line in the June 22 judicial primary.

Barbara Wilson is a registered Republican.

Barbara Wilson is not a Democrat.

Adam Grossman and Shari Oster are registered Democrats, and they have the endorsement of the Southampton Town Democratic Party for town justice.

It is beyond absurd that Barbara Wilson is resorting to this desperate course of action. While it’s not illegal, it’s just flat out wrong on so many levels.

Adam Grossman has been serving on the Southampton Town Zoning Board of Appeals since 2002. He has been the chair of the board since 2017. His experience as an attorney includes working in private practice, and he is a former Riverhead town attorney. His legal career spans 28 years. He pledges to serve as a fair, impartial town justice.

Raised in Sag Harbor, Adam is a long-term resident of Suffolk County and he currently resides in Hampton Bays. His school education began at Pierson in Sag Harbor, graduating in 1987, and he got his law degree from Pace University.

Shari Oster has been practicing law in Suffolk County for almost 30 years. Her experience includes working in private practice representing clients in Family Court and District Court, and she served in the Appellate Division of the State of New York for 22 years. She became lead counsel in guardianship cases of the Supreme Court in New York.

Shari has been a resident of Suffolk County for 50 years and she raised her daughters here. She has deep family roots in the Southampton community. She got her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and her law degree from St. John’s University.

Please go to shdems.org for more details about Adam and Shari.

The Southampton Town Democratic Committee urges all registered Democrats to turn out in force and vote for Adam and Shari in the June 22 judicial primary and thereby protect our Democratic line.

Early voting begins on June 12. For details, please go to SuffolkVotes.com and scroll down to “How to Vote in 2021 Elections.”
