I want to thank everyone for the wonderful outpouring of support I’ve received since I began writing letters. What started as one message defending the rights of the Shinnecock Nation and Indigenous people has grown into something larger, thanks to you.
Your kind words have inspired me to write about a variety of topics that matter to our community. But at heart, my greatest passion is helping animals. Right now, there are many cats and dogs in need of homes, and I’m currently fostering several wonderful cats myself.
