Political Shenanigans

Whether you’re voting early, October 25 to November 2, or on Election Day, November 4, it’s important to vote.

What’s important about voting is to elect the most qualified person for the position. I’m specifically referencing the position of Southampton Town clerk, a position held by Sundy Schermeyer.

During this election cycle, the Southampton Town Democratic leadership decided to promote a candidate who has zero qualifications for the position of town clerk, an insult to all voters. By having a “D” next to his name, the Democratic leadership think that alone will seal the deal. That’s not how it works. Don’t they realize that registered voters in this town are really smart and are tuned in to their shenanigans and backroom deals?

Sundy Schermeyer has maintained an exemplary record of accomplishments, along with her staff.

Let’s not be influenced by political chicanery.

Vote to reelect Sundy Schermeyer.
