Thank you for that eye-opening editorial this week [“Bait and Switch,” January 19]. Developers have cleverly led people to believe that this project would benefit local people in need of housing. Now it’s for veterans with mental disabilities.
Veterans need to be helped, but this location is at the worst possible place, because it will increase traffic congestion on County Road 39.
The project needs a new location and the Town Board should reject the zone changes.
