Rose Asprea Dies At 95

Rose Asprea, longtime resident of Hampton Bays, died at the Westhampton Care Center on Tuesday, October 11. She was 95.

She is survived by her children, Neal Asprea of Florida and Martha Miller of Hampton Bays; five grandchildren, Gerard, Wayne and Thomas Miller, and Samantha and Kimberly Asprea; great-grandchildren, Micaela, Ian and Candice Miller; sisters, Frances Parker of Ohio and Virginia Dietrich of Pennsylvania; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Gaetano Asprea; and brothers, Joseph and Samuel Naples.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the J. Ronald Scott Funeral Home in Hampton Bays.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons, P.O. Box 901, Wainscott, NY 11975, would be appreciated by the family.
