Veronica Wilczewski Of Speonk Dies May 5

Veronica Wilczewski
Veronica “Vera” Wilczewski of Speonk died at her home on Sunday, May 5. She was 93.

Born in Speonk on January 1, 1920, she was the daughter of Tony and Lottie Cybroski.

Ms. Wilczewski is survived by two daughters, Irene Sheridan and husband Bruce of Speonk and Christine Hartmann of Florida; three grandchildren, Jon Hartmann, Michelle Patino and Becky Hartmann; and a sister-in-law, Estelle, who was also her best friend; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Peter Wilczewski, and two brothers, Edward and Bruno.

A memorial Mass will be held at the Church of the Immaculate Conception on Quiogue, Friday, May 10, at 11 a.m.

Memorial donations may be made to East End Hospice, P.O. Box 1048, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978 or a charity of the donor’s choice.
