DWI Reports For Week Of November 7

Samuel Triggs, 26, of Hampton Bays was arrested on October 31 at 2:54 a.m. at 7-Eleven in Hampton Bays by Southampton Town Police and charged with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor, and traffic violations. Police reported that officers responded to a single-vehicle accident at 7-Eleven and found the driver, Mr. Triggs. According to police, Mr. Triggs was interviewed at the scene and the responding officer noted that he appeared to be unsteady on his feet, had bloodshot glassy eyes, as well as an alcoholic odor on his breath.
