September 11 --For the past 25 years, Rev. Larsen served as the pastor of the church and became an integral part of the Southampton community. With more than two decades under his belt, the well-liked pastor will be retiring later this month and moving south to Alabama with his wife. “I am really happy for him and his family,” said longtime family friend and parishioner Liz Deneny this week. “They are one of the most loving families ever, and I am really happy for him. He has dedicated himself to our community since day one, and I can’t think of one thing I will miss the most.”
