Adam Miller Group, P.C. has announced that Bridgehampton real estate attorney Alan Sosne, Esq., has become of counsel to the firm, which is also located in Bridgehampton.

“Of counsel” refers to an attorney who has a relationship with a law firm, but is not an associate or partner.

“We are pleased to welcome Alan,” said Adam M. Miller, the principal of Adam Miller Group. in a statement. “He is very well-respected in our community and his expertise in real estate, along with his team’s professionalism, will ensure that his existing clients continue to receive the level of service they know and trust.”

Mr. Sosne said, “I interviewed many firms and Adam Miller Group is unequivocally the right choice. With a proven track record locally and in New York, Adam’s practice is hands-down the best fit and ensures a seamless integration.”

Mr. Sosne received his juris doctor from the Cardozo School of Law in 1991 and soon opened his practice in Bridgehampton specializing in real estate. Over the next 26 years, he was responsible for thousands of closings and several billions in transactions.

McLaughlin Back At Elliman

Veteran agent Patrick McLaughlin has returned to the employ of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

“His years of real estate experience, keen understanding of the Hamptons market and connection to the community are a few of the many reasons we are thrilled to have him back,” reads a statement from Elliman.

Mr. McLaughlin returns to the Sag Harbor office, which he had previously managed and where he worked as an agent. He was most recently an associate broker at Sotheby’s International Realty.
