Half of the 37 homes rising in Bridgehampton’s Barn & Vine development have been sold, the project’s partners, Continental Venture of Manhattan and Pinewood Development of Hicksville, announced last week.
Ranging in price from slightly less than $3 million to just over $4 million, the homes are being built in the Brick Kiln/Scuttle Hole Road area north of Montauk Highway and near the Channing Daughters vineyard.
Each property comes complete with its own pool and membership in a concierge service that can arrange everything from chilling the wine to grooming the dog. The developers call the homes “a very appealing market entrant for both first-time East End buyers as well as those looking to enhance their lifestyles with homes that are practically carefree.”
Four new models have been added to the menu of architectural styles: The Montauk, The Addison, The Georgica and The Manor have now joined The Gambrel, The Dutch Gambrel, The Sweeping Gable, The Twin Gable, The Sonoma Barn and The Mecox Barn.
Douglas Elliman’s Terry Thompson and Aaron Curti are marketing the subdivision.
