Brown Harris Stevens announced its top sales agents for 2014 last week.

Marcia Altman took top honor in Westhampton Beach, along with John Vitello in Southampton, Caroline Sarraf in Sag Harbor, Phelan Wolf in Amagansett, Martha Gundersen in East Hampton, Chris Burnside in Bridgehampton, and Marianne Collins for the North Fork.

Gayle Lopata and Georgia Hatch were second and third top agents, respectively, in Westhampton Beach. Susan Platt and Amelia Doggwiler were second and third, respectively, in Southampton.

In Sag Harbor, Amadeus Ehrhardt and Donna Landry generated the second- and third-highest numbers in sales. Ditto for Kammy Wolf and Jim MacMillan at the Amagansett office, as well as Jim Oxnam and Christine Saar in East Hampton.

Mary Ann Cinelli and Andrea Ackerman were the second and third top agents at the BHS office in Bridgehampton.

Tony Cerio and Mitch Natter were the year’s top commercial agents. Chris Burnside was the top rental agent.

In a press release, Cia Comnas, the firm’s executive managing director for the Hamptons and North Fork, said 2014 was the firm’s most successful year yet.
