A designer’s two-home compound on a half-acre in Southampton Village has sold for $5.6 million.

At 133 & 135 Toylsome Lane, the compound is completely renovated, according to the listing. The four-bedroom main residence has an entrance hall with a wood-burning fireplace, a large open living room with a fireplace, a den, a formal dining area and an eat-in chef’s kitchen. The master bedroom with an office is on the second floor with the three other en-suite bedrooms.

French doors connect the living room to the patio overlooking gardens and the gunite pool. The guest house has a living room with a dining area, a little kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a private terrace.

The seller and buyer were both anonymous LLCs, according to The Real Estate Report Inc. The last asking price was $6 million. Michaela Keszler had the listing for Douglas Elliman, and her daughter, Paulina Keszler, brought the buyer.
