Lisa Maysonet, a top Manhattan real estate broker with Sotheby’s International Realty, is now working in the Hamptons.

Ms. Maysonet got her start in the real estate industry at Walter & Samuels when she was 17 years old. She has been a marketing adviser to top developers worldwide — Hong Kong, Russia, Canada, Israel, etc. — and has exclusively marketed renowned new developments and conversions, such as Park South Lofts. In 2015, she and her husband and partner, Gary Kabol, negotiated the WeWork deal at 88 University Place for $70 million.

“This expansion into the Hamptons is exciting and very energizing,” Ms. Maysonet, said in a statement. “I love the amazing homes out here. My New York buyers are out here. Now, I’m out here, and I’m bringing my deep love of real estate and global expertise with me.”

Her Madison Avenue office has handled more than $1 billion in transactions. She will be working out of 100 Main Street, Westhampton Beach, the Daniel Gale Sotheby’s office.

“I started in this business in 1970s and I’ve never stopped expanding,” she said. “I successfully navigated through a myriad of markets, credit crises, 9/11, and 19.5 percent interest rates. Through it all, I never stopped. It’s because I work hard for my clients. I work hard. Period.”
