Charles and Susan Moss have sold 90, 104 and 106 Wainscott Main Street for $24 million, according to The Real Estate Report Inc.

The May 21 sale had three pieces: 106 for $18 million, 104 for $4 million and 90, which is vacant, for $2 million.

Altogether, the land totals 11.5 acres with Wainscott Pond and ocean views. The compound includes both a main house and a guest house, a swimming pool, a tennis court, and two outdoor showers. The listing also notes that the property has no wetland restrictions.

The 5,000-square-foot main house is three stories with six bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and a full basement. It had been the old Wainscott Post Office, built in 1883, before the structure was moved to the property and expanded.

The home features hardwood floors, vaulted beamed ceilings, large windows and wraparound porches. A two-car garage is detached.

The guest house is 1,200 square feet and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a full basement.

The grounds have outdoor lighting by Greg Yale and landscaping by Edwina von Gal.

The main house lot and the guest house lot can each accommodate an 18,000-square-foot home with pool and tennis.

The compound originally asked $42 million in 2017, but went through a number of price cuts since then.

The buyer’s identity was shielded by a limited liability company.

Representing the sellers were Corcoran’s Debbie Loeffler, Charlie Esposito and Debbie Brennerman.
