An oceanfront Sagaponack Village residence recently sold for an even $15 million, according to The Real Estate Report Inc., five years after it last changed hands for $14.35 million.

Located off Daniels Lane, the 0.88-acre property is alternatively called 1 Potato Lane and 1 Potato Road, depending on the source.

With walls of glass, the modern 3,400-square-foot residence that sits at 1 Potato Lane/Road offers views of sea, sand and sky from many rooms, according to the listing. The house has four en-suite bedrooms — including an oceanview master suite with a soaking tub, a double vanity, a frameless glass shower and beach access — and a powder room. An eat-in kitchen is outfitted with high-end stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, island seating and a wine cooler.

The property also boasts a pool and spa.

According to town records, the seller was Victoria Zoellner. Ms. Zoellner is the chair of the New Jersey-based hedge fund Alpine Associates, and Forbes declared her one of the wealthiest self-made women in the United States.

The buyer was listed as One Sweet Potato LLC.

The asking price had been $16.5 million, and the sale closed on November 23. Vincent Horcasitas of Saunders & Associates had the listing.

Another big sale of late in Sagaponack occurred at 426 Hedges Lane. There, Rebecca and Laurence Grafstein sold a house for $7.15 million in December. The buyer’s identity is shielded by a limited liability company.

Bespoke had the listing with a last asking price of $7.5 million. Bespoke had also marketed the opportunity to buy 416 and 426 Hedges Lane together as a package deal for $16.49 million. Instead, No. 416 sold separately for $6.53 million, from Sunnybrook LLC to Melville Road LLC

Both properties are flag lots, while No. 426 is 1.8 acres with a house on it and No. 416 was advertised as a cleared parcel.

The residence at 426 Hedges Lane is 8,389 square feet, inclusive of a finished lower level, and it comes with a pool and a tennis court. It has eight bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and one half-bath across three levels.

Past the columned front porch and entry foyer with double-height ceiling is an elongated living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, and French doors to the terrace. The open concept kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances — including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer and a Viking stove top with double ovens — features white custom cabinetry, an island, dual pantries, and a breakfast area that opens to the rear terrace and outdoor dining area. The family room next to the kitchen has a wood-burning fireplace and French doors to the outdoor terrace, and the formal dining room is at the front of the home, well lighted by a rounded wall of windows.

Rounding out the main level are two guest bedroom suites, each with French door access to the terraces.

Up on the second level, find the master suite with a fireplace, a walk-in closet, and a spa-like bathroom outfitted with a soaking tub, a glass-enclosed shower, dual sinks, a vanity, and a water closet. Joining the master are three additional bedroom suites, two of which feature walk-in closets.

The lower level is 2,850 square feet with an open recreation area, a gym, two staff bedrooms, and a shared full bathroom.

The grounds feature a heated gunite pool with a hydrangea-lined brick patio surround, terrace spaces, expansive lawn, and a regulation-size all-weather tennis court. The court offers optimal light throughout the day.
