In the exclusive 100-year-old Northampton Shores community in Noyac, stone and bronze sculptor Robert Hooke’s three lots have hit the market for $9.5 million.

The main lot, at 24 Central Avenue, is 1.4 acres with a preexisting, nonconforming 2,000-square-foot, two-story pondfront traditional with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. An adjacent 1.7-acre lot includes a tennis court, but can be developed with a large guest house, a pool and accessory structures, according to the Douglas Elliman listing. The third lot, which is near but separate from the others, is the site of a private pond, a bath house, a deck, and 174 bulkheaded feet of Little Peconic Bay frontage with views of Robins Island and the North Fork.

The listing notes that the collection includes one of the last remaining buildable parcels of its kind and has the potential to develop a compound.

Mr. Hooke has owned the property since 1986, according to town records. His work is known globally, having been shown across the Hamptons and internationally, and he once had a studio in Sag Harbor. His sculptures of animal and human figures are in private, corporate and museum collections on four continents.
