A new build on the oceanfront in Quogue has sold for $11.75 million, according to Douglas Elliman Real Estate, which reported that the deal closed on October 11, just two months after the home was listed for sale.

By builder George Vickers of Westhampton Beach, the 4,300-square-foot residence on 0.61 acre at 98 Dune Road with an oceanside gunite pool has five en-suite bedrooms, all with ocean views, and two half-baths. All bathrooms feature full-slab floors, radiant heat and custom vanities, and the master bedroom upstairs has a custom master bath with a large walk-in closet and private balcony.

The coffered ceilings are 10 feet tall and 8-inch plank engineered white oak floors are underfoot.

A gourmet chef’s kitchen is located on the first floor with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, a pantry and custom white oak cabinets with a cerused finish.

Common spaces include a large dining room, den and living room with a gas fireplace.

There are washers and dryers on both floors and automated shades throughout. Also among the amenities are indoor and outdoor speakers and Creston smart home technology and security.

There are two outdoors kitchens with Lynx grills, expansive decks, a hot tub, a carport and a private boardwalk.

Colleen Graning of Douglas Elliman had the listing.

“This property was built in just seven months by George Vickers Enterprises, which is amazing in itself, and what is most memorable to me is how quickly it was snapped up for sale,” Graning said. “This beautiful home was in contract within five days of launch and the brokers open house and closed within 30 days. This really speaks to the strong demand we’re seeing for new construction in the Hamptons right now.”

April Kaynor of William Raveis brought the buyer in conjunction with the Morabito Weiss team at Compass.
