The inaugural exhibition at Pace Gallery’s temporary space in East Hampton at 68 Park Place, features never-before-seen drawings by internationally renowned, Japanese artist Yoshitomo Nara and is on view through July 19.
The solo exhibition, entitled “After all I’m cosmic dust,” features drawings presented alongside personal items related to the artist’s process and inspiration. This exhibition coincides with the release of the artist’s first substantial monograph, written by Yeewan Koon (Phaidon Press, 2020.)
Pace’s temporary exhibition space in East Hampton will be open through mid-October. Exhibitions to follow include Torkwase Dyson’s debut exhibition with the gallery, a presentation featuring works by artists of the East End, and a show of modern masterworks intended for the — now cancelled — Art Basel fair.
