Home vs. Human

We’ve heard one local attorney say recently, “This home has preexisting rights.” About a year ago, another local attorney had said, “It’s not like they built the home stupidly.”

Yet the homes spoken about are trying to be changed today to conform to local laws and codes.

In a “buyer beware” state, somehow we are to expect it is the home that has more rights than a human. Only in East Hampton.

Still here.
