Peking Duck Friday
Main Street Tavern in Amagansett has added some exciting updates to its menu, not least of which is Highway Restaurant’s best-selling famous Peking duck. Highway Restaurant in Wainscott is currently closed and scheduled to reopen on March 4, but this Friday, the much-lauded duck dish will be available at its sister restaurant, Main Street Tavern, both for dining in and take away every Friday. In addition to Peking Duck Fridays, Main Street Tavern also offers other nightly dinner specials throughout the week. Monday is pot pie night, Tuesday is for tacos, Wednesday is ribs night and on Sunday, it’s all about the roasted chicken.
Other new menu highlights to round out dinner include kale and Brussels sprouts, farro with cauliflower, squash, radicchio and pumpkin seeds, a shepherd’s pie, and for dessert, a cookie plate or carrot cake.
