The 1770 House Restaurant & Inn in East Hampton (143 Main Street, 631-324-1770, 1770house.com) celebrates Easter Sunday, April 9, with new spring dishes by Chef Michael Rozzi as part of a two-course $59 prix fixe menu that will be offered beginning at 5 p.m. including rack of Australian lamb chops. Take-out, table extras and optional desserts are all available. The 1770 House also presents its Annual Chocolate Bunny Raffle to benefit the Flying Point Foundation for Autism. Raffle tickets are $5 (five for $20) with a chance to win a 24-inch, 10-pound milk chocolate bunny. The bunny will be on display in the parlor and the winner will be announced on Saturday, April 8.

The American Hotel in Sag Harbor (45 Main Street, 631-725-3535, theamericanhotel.com) will offer a special four-course Easter menu on Sunday, April 9, from noon to 8:30 p.m. Entrees include roast leg of lamb, Long Island duck, jumbo lump crab cakes, bay scallops, grilled salmon and vegetable risotto, among other offerings. The menu is $125 for adults and $85 for children, plus tax and service.

Claude’s at the Southampton Inn (91 Hill Street, 631-283-6500, southamptoninn.com) will be hosting an a la carte holiday brunch from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Reservations suggested. Join the fun at their 25th Annual Easter Egg Hunt on the South Lawn starting at 10 a.m. Easter Sunday.

Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa in Montauk (290 Old Montauk Highway, 631-668-1771, gurneysresorts.com/montauk) offers an Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 9, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The cost is $125 per adult and $65 per child. Menu items include cheese blintzes, brioche French toast, chicken and waffle sliders, a chilled seafood bar and more.

Lulu Kitchen and Bar in Sag Harbor (126 Main Street, 631-725-0900, lulusagharbor.com) will celebrate Easter with a special ‘Wood-Fired Lamb Feast’ for two from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 9. Cost for the meal is $58 per person plus tax and gratuity, and a two-person minimum is required. The a la carte menu will also be available. The feast, subject to change, includes slow roasted leg of lamb, mint-merguez stuffing, harissa yogurt sauce, English peas polenta, wood-fired grilled asparagus, and blistered cherry tomato. Reservations are recommended for dine in.

New Moon Cafe in East Quogue (524 East Montauk Highway, 631-653-4042, newmooncafeeq.com) will serve Easter breakfast from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call for reservations.

Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton (136 North Main Street, 631-324-3550, nickandtonis.com) will offer a special $80 brunch prix fixe menu from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 9, in celebration of Easter. The restaurant will also be open for dinner service at 5 p.m. and will offer a la carte specials. A separate menu will be available for children for both brunch and dinner service. Nick & Toni’s will also offer Passover a la carte specials, available for dine in and takeout, on Wednesday, April 5, and Thursday, April 6. The Passover Dinner at Home is $160 for two. Preorder online by Saturday, April 1, by 5 p.m. for pickup on Wednesday, April 5, from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m.

1 North Steakhouse in Hampton Bays (322 West Montauk Highway, 631-594-3419, 1northsteakhouse.com) will be open for Easter dinner from 2 to 10 p.m. Serving regular menu and specials like rack of lamb, prime rib, roasted Long Island duck and much more.

North Fork Table & Inn in Southold (57225 Main Road, 631-765-0177, northforktableandinn.com) is offering a 3-course prix fixe on Easter Sunday, April 9, for $68 per person. The menu includes starters to share, a choice of entrée and desserts for the table and will be served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Rowdy Hall in East Hampton (10 Main Street, 631-324-8555, rowdyhall.com) will offer holiday specials for Passover starting on Thursday, April 6, which will be available for dine-in and takeout until they run out. The menu includes matzo ball soup, red wine braised brisket and chocolate dipped coconut macaroons.

Southampton Publick House in Southampton Village (62 Jobs Lane, 631-283-2800, publick.com) will be open for brunch and lunch on Easter Sunday starting at 11:30 a.m. Dinner will be served from 4:30 to 9 p.m.
