The food trucks are rollin’ in.
On Friday, at least 15 mobile eats will hit the pavement and park at the Hayground School in Bridgehampton during the Great Food Truck Derby from 4 to 7 p.m., serving up local and ethnic food with regional wine and craft beer.
Participants include: Eat Me Drink Me; Whole Le Crepe; Hampton Coffee Co.; Blondies Bakeshop; Hamptons Foodie; Coolhaus; Pizza Luca; noah’s; Grill Boys Food Truck; Slammin Slider Nice Buns; The Inn Spot ... Out; Ponti Rossi; Hamptons Aristocrat; The Sea Bean Natural Foods Co.; Sweet’tauk; and Long Island Oyster Co.
Beer will be served by Brooklyn Brewery, Saranac, Coney Island Brewing Co. and Southampton Publick House. Wölffer Estate Vineyard and Bridge Lane will provide wines.
Tickets are $65, which include one serving at every food truck and complimentary beverages, or $20 for children age 12 and under. VIP tickets are $100, which grant access at 3:30 p.m. For more information, visit edibleeastend.com/event/the-great-food-truck-derby-2015.
