Veteran real estate agent Jude Lyons was recently appointed Managing Director of WHB Real Estate in Westhampton Beach.

Ms. Lyons has returned to WHB Real Estate after a two-year stint at Fourth Neck Realty in East Quogue. Previously she was with WHB Real Estate for seven years and prior to that she was an agent at Village Real Estate in Westhampton Beach.

JP Foster, longtime resident of East Hampton and agent with Town & Country, has been named to the East Hampton Planning Board.

Mr. Foster grew up in Sag Harbor and has lived in East Hampton for the past 23 years. He has been in real estate for just over 11 years.

“The planning process has always been an interest of mine. I think that we need to maintain our history at the same time adapt for future needs,” wrote Mr. Foster, who added that he is honored to serve on the board.

Town & Country Associate Broker Nicholas J. Planamento, the 2012 President of the Hamptons and North Fork Realtors® Association, has been selected to participate in the 2012 New York State Realtors® Association Leadership Academy.
