SAG HARBOR VILLAGE — Village Police responded to a complaint that there was an unknown vehicle in a parking lot outside a Main Street address that had been there for several days. The officer sent to investigate the call found the vehicle, which had no license plates. The officer tried to contact the owner through the information on the registration that was posted in the windshield.
