Real estate firm Nest Seekers International has moved into a new, larger office space at 2415 Main Street in Bridgehampton, reportedly in order to meet a growing demand in that hamlet.
“Nest Seekers has a conservative, long-term strategy. Our plan is to responsibly expand our business one smart step at a time,” said Eddie Shapiro, President and CEO of Nest Seekers International, in a statement. After realizing its old space had become too small to suit its needs, the firm considered moving next door before finally settling on a more prominent location with great branding potential, Mr. Shapiro explained.
“Most of the time, real estate is about location and timing. This was perfect on all fronts, and we are excited and thrilled to be here and continue our journey,” said Mr. Shapiro. “We look forward to better servicing our clients and customers from this awesome space right in the heart of the Hamptons.”
A celebration for the move was held at the new office on July 2. Nest Seekers has five offices in the Hamptons, including in Southampton, East Hampton, Bridgehampton, Westhampton and Water Mill.
