Beau Hulse Now Affiliated With Coldwell Banker

author on Aug 14, 2014

The Beau Hulse Realty Group, which has offices in Southampton and Quogue, is now operating as a member of the Coldwell Banker franchise system.

As of Thursday morning, August 14, the boutique, family-owned firm will be known as Coldwell Banker Beau Hulse Realty Group, Beau Hulse confirmed on Thursday afternoon.

According to a press release, Beau Hulse Realty Group has been in business for more than 25 years and now has 26 sales associates. It is owned by Mr. Hulse and his wife of 38 years, Patricia. Both of them are artists—Mr. Hulse is known as “the Singing Broker” and is lead singer of the Beau Hulse & LA Woman band, and Ms. Hulse is a visual artist who, with her husband, routinely hosts concerts to benefit local charities.

“We were awarded and purchased the franchise,” Mr. Hulse said on Thursday of the new affiliation with Coldwell Banker. “This partnership is a win-win situation in which our independent agents receive a competitive edge by aligning with a respected global brand that offers unmatched resources and marketing power,” he said in the press release.

The president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate returned the compliment in the release. “Coldwell Banker awards affiliation only to brokers who have a strong reputation and exceptional understanding of their market,” said Budge Huskey. “We were impressed with Beau and Patricia’s passion for expanding the Coldwell Banker brand and our Previews luxury marketing program in one of America’s most upscale second-home markets.”

The offices are on Jobs Lane in Southampton Village and Midland Street in Quogue.
