MONTAUK — East Hampton Town Police arrested Christopher Joseph Loffredo, 22, of Montauk on the afternoon of April 2 on misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and unlawful fleeing of a police officer in a motor vehicle in the third degree. The arrest concluded an investigation that began the afternoon of January 16. The motor vehicle in question was a blue Yamaha dirt-bike that police said was not registered as a motor vehicle. MONTAUK — Joseph Mangano, 29, of Bohemia was charged by East Hampton Town Police with criminal mischief in the third degree, a felony, as well as harassment, a violation, on Saturday night near the Hither Hills overlook on Montauk Highway.
