Associate broker Robert Tomich and salesperson Linda Kabot, who together form the Tomich-Kabot real estate sales team, have joined the Southampton office of Saunders & Associates.

The Tomich-Kabot team is one of the top-producing teams in the Hamptons with more than $150 million in closings to date, according to Saunders.

Mr. Tomich spent 25 years as a golf professional on Long Island and in Manhattan before entering real estate.

Ms. Kabot served for 14 years in Southampton Town government, including as town supervisor. She is a member of the Hamptons Chapter of the Long Island Board of Realtors, the New York State Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors. Her new firm noted Ms. Kabot’s “unparalleled knowledge about local municipal codes, zoning and land use.”

Andrew Saunders, the founder and president of Saunders & Associates, said: “Top producing real estate professionals, the Tomich-Kabot team delivers with outstanding integrity, knowledge and dedication to successfully help buyers, sellers, landlords and investors achieve their real estate goals. They are an asset to our firm.”

The team was previously at Town & Country Real Estate.
