A designer-decorated home in Bridgehampton horse country recently sold for $10.75 million with a last asking price of $10 million.

At 373 Mitchells Lane, the residence on 1.4 acres has 10,000 square feet of living space, inclusive of the finished lower level. There are six bedrooms and nine and a half bathrooms throughout. The primary bedroom suite has a hidden drop-down television, automatic blackout shades, floor-to-ceiling windows, reading spaces and a bathroom with a steam shower. A guest suite with many windows affords lots of natural light and it opens to a deck.

A chef’s kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows has views of the heated Gunite pool, built-in outdoor kitchen, rolling lawns and bluestone patios. The kitchen leads into a formal dining room with brick flooring, a fireplace and an entire wall of French doors that open to a spacious attached patio and beautiful open landscaping, according to the listing.

Entertaining spaces on the first floor include a light-filled great room, a bar room and a conversation lounge living room with Baxter lighting.

In addition to the upstairs bedrooms, an office is found on the second level.

The lower level boasts a media/play room, a Cybex gym with sauna and bath, a wine room and another en-suite bedroom.

Also among the amenities is a three-car garage.

Jason Schommer of Corcoran repped the seller.

“The home featured a design that represented what most buyers aspire to have in a Hamptons home, the perfect balance between chic and relaxed,” Schommer said. “When the buyers walked through the door they felt the home fit them instantly. We had multiple interested buyers who had all been looking for the perfect home and the reaction was immediate for all of them. It’s terrific to have such a perfect match between buyer and seller around a home they both love.”

The sellers were designer Cailin Shannon Wunder and husband Seth Wunder. Wunder purchased the property in 2012 for $5.03 million, according to town records.

The deal closed on June 28, according to The Real Estate Report Inc., which identified the new owner as Babas Barn LLC.
