A newly built modern with a rooftop putting green in Bridgehampton by Farrell Building Company has sold for $21 million. It had been on the market for $25 million.

The 7,422-square-foot residence is sited on 1.3 acres far south of Montauk Highway and has three levels for entertaining and living and two master suites. There are seven bedrooms in all, seven full bathrooms and three half-baths. The living spaces have 11-foot ceilings, 9-foot walnut doors, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows,

Among the amenities are radiant floor heating, marble in the foyer, an open dining and living area with a gas fireplace with unique art wall designed in Italy, a custom Ciuffo kitchen with European-style hand-painted cabinetry and quartz countertops with under lighting, a climate-controlled wine display, an elevator, three laundries, and two garages. Another interesting feature is the floating glass staircase lit from below.

A terrace spans the length of the home, and three of the bedrooms also access a second-story terrace. Also find outdoors a heated gunite pool and spa, and a bar. The outdoor bar is part of an accessory structure that also boasts a kitchen, a massage room, a steam room and an upstairs bedroom and full bath.

The main house roof deck includes the aforementioned six-hole putting green plus a fire pit, an outdoor bar, a dining pergola with a full outdoor kitchen and barbecue, and a 10-foot-by-10-foot steel spa.

Vincent Horcasitas of Saunders & Associates had the listing.

The deal closed March 15, according to The Real Estate Report Inc., and the new owner is New Sandpiper LLC.
