• In second place is Randy Frankel at his Rose Hill Road home in Water Mill, with 7.2 million gallons.
• Third place goes to Ickenham Limited, a foreign business corporation registered in the Bahamas, again on Meadow Lane, with 6.3 million gallons used.
• In fourth place is Wendy Hamburger-Langman, whose husband, Steven, is chairman and co-founder of the private-equity and financial advisory firm the Rhône Group. Their home on Flying Point Road in Water Mill used 4.8 million gallons of water.
