Inventory Manager needed for Sensoryphile, Inc., our high-end East End technology company.
Oversee all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and organizing inventory. Maintain a well-ordered inventory room, conduct regular stock checks, and manage ordering to ensure optimal levels. Allocate equipment for client orders. Collaborate with Hamptons & Manhattan Project Managers to gather equipment and coordinate shipments. Serve as the primary point of contact for Optimum technicians, scheduling and following up on all client appointments. Provide crucial support to our field technicians by promptly delivering replacement equipment to job sites as needed. Some support to the front office by answering client phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
This role requires the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, comfort with physical tasks (including lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds), strong computer skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and a valid driver's license.
