LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO START ASAP .
Chef to cook and oversee a high-volume seasonal beachfront restaurant in Southampton Village.
This individual should have the following qualifications.
-Minimum of 3-5 years cooking in the service industry
-Ability to manage and teach a small team of cooks.
-Team leader and create an efficient and positive kitchen.
-Experience in managing inventory, placing and receiving orders and sourcing products working with -multiple different vendors. Basic food costing skills.
-Ability to cook high-volume at a fast pace while keeping consistency and quality.
-Suffolk County Food Managers License and focus on a clean, sanitary kitchen.
This is a seasonal position, but will have the opportunity to continue through the offseason with the restaurant group at other location in Southampton.

Seasonal Position with the opportunity to continue through the offseason within the restaurant group.
FULL TIME,. Expect to work between 50-60 hours.
