Vivrelle is seeking a dynamic retail associate with experience in sales and customer service, specifically in the luxury space. Proven ability to engage customers, drive sales, and enhance the shopping experience. This person is skilled in effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, fostering positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike. We are looking for someone who is passionate about contributing to a vibrant retail environment in our pop-up Hamptons store with a passion for luxury retail and comfortable in a fast paced environment, including staffing influencer events. Weekends required.

Responsibilities:
Enhance customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and product recommendations.
Oversee staff and work cross-functionally with team members and HQ.
Assist in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, optimizing product displays to attract customer interest.
Comfort in hosting VIP and influencer facing events onsite.
Requirements:
Role is located in the Hamptons or ability to commute to the Hamptons
2+ years of experience within a retail environment
Experience in a luxury retail environment is a plus
Must be able to speak about the brand and understand Vivrelle’s business model
